IED Survivability, Anti-Marauding Terrorism and Counter Terrorism remain required capabilities in most of the current conflicts. Our goal is to help our customers to develop realistic capabilities by reviewing their existing procedures, guidelines, training and other current standards in order to enable a better preparation and performance when facing daily operations. We are experts in developing new strategic and operational policies and doctrine or updating already existing ones, including framework, employment concept, capabilities and tasks, organization, support expectations from other international stakeholders and partners, and overall, improving your operational parameters providing the basis for innovative training standards that ensure effective preparation for task execution. Our basic and advanced activities include:

• Participate, support, advise and provide inputs in the necessary Working Groups for the development of policies and doctrine and the related training packages.
• Mentor and advise our customers to train their future trainers and subject matter experts, to coordinate stakeholders, serve as clearinghouse agents and clarify roles to meetings.
• Ensure other consultation within your organizations and agencies in order to incorporate their expertise and comments.
• Ensure consistency and align your policies and standards with other present international organizations manuals and standards.
• Support you on the necessary following up subsequent implementation plan.

We empower leaders, mentor their decision-making process and advise in their development process and operational performance. We support their staff in their own institutions or in the field to produce from scratch new deliverables, tangible and realistic solutions. 

We are experts in capability development and project management, establishing workshop and seminars in both, their own institutions and outside with stakeholders and other international agencies. Our activities include:

• On behalf of the customer, partner or funder sponsor we represent or coordinate and impel the development of the current capabilities across the different offices and divisions in the institution or outside.
• Provide technical assessment and expertise in the point of view of the security and defense components.
• Contribute to define roles, responsibilities and clear and realistic goals in the benefit of the institution.
• Ensure consistency and align the related deliverables with other international policies and standard as well as we contribute to disseminate deliverables and facilitate further follow up.
